The Opportunity

The role of the Digital Marketing Executive is to manage, execute and report on the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and digital marketing activities for Infotrust. To assist in lead generation and improve the customer experience. The Digital Marketing Executive will support campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager to deliver Infotrust’s campaigns in a professional manner to elevate the company brand.  

Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management
    • Execution of campaign tactics – either for Infotrust or partner campaigns – as directed by the Marketing Manager meeting campaign deadlines
    • Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and accurately, with all required resources or assigned as and when needed. (e.g. Sales team are aware if they are required to call down list)
    • Ensure quality of copy, digital or printed collateral prior to distribution (e.g. links in emails, spelling, etc.)
    • Manage and execute monthly customer newsletter and quarterly technical newsletter
    • Lead management through SFDC and Pardot to ensure follow up of leads by BDR and Sales Reps
  2. Digital Marketing
    • Manage and execute email campaigns and marketing automation through Pardot, with monitoring and reporting of key metrics such as engagement rates and lead scoring
    • Manage and execute customer onboarding communications for Customer Support and Customer Success via Pardot
    • Management of company LinkedIn and Facebook pages, sharing content and amplifying content to increase engagement
    • Management of key digital marketing supplier relationships – web developers, SEO agencies etc.  
    • Utilisation of Google Analytics and other Google tools to monitor online presence and engagement  
    • Execution of other digital campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager
    • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends and share insights with the Marketing Manager
  3. Events and Webinars
    • Support in the event management and execution of all internal and external company events as directed by the Marketing Manager
    • Manage event registration as required, including direct communication/confirmations with customer and prospects
    • Produce and distribute Event Briefs for all internal and external company events
    • Coordinate Webinars, including management of registrations and setup of appropriate systems
    • Assist in creation of content and collateral for events and webinars
  4. Content Marketing
    • Work with the Multimedia Designer to update both print and digital collateral as required
    • Coordination and posting of content online (web and/or social) in accordance with campaign requirements  
    • Management of copywriter supplier relationship, ensuring all projects provided are of high quality
  5. Reporting
    • Weekly reporting and review of digital marketing metrics and stats to improve campaign performance
    • Preparation of digital marketing campaign performance for the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) meetings
    • Monthly digital marketing reviews presented to Marketing Manager
  6. Admin
    • Processing of invoices in accordance with finance policies and procedures
    • Ordering stationary and printed materials as required
    • Duplicate management within SFDC
    • Management of marketing database, ensuring left and unsubscribed contacts are removed from communication lists  

Measurables

  • Timely, accurate marketing communications executed and reported according to the marketing plan
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to the Marketing Manager to track and optimize marketing results  
  • Maintain above industry average email metrics (22% open rate and 2% CTR)
  • Drive 80 Sales Qualified Leads (QL) per quarter from combined marketing efforts
  • Consistently drive 20% of pipeline contribution from marketing sourced opportunities

Skills and Attitudes

  • Degree qualified in marketing, business or communications preferred
  • Minimum 3 year marketing experience in technology industry, or relevant internship may be considered
  • Experience with SFDC and Pardot or other marketing automation platforms highly regarded
  • Experience/knowledge of SEO best practice preferred
  • Experience/knowledge of Drupal preferred
  • Experience/knowledge of Google Analytics preferred
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Understanding of integrated marketing tactics
  • Previous marketing campaign management experience including digital, email and social will be highly regarded  
  • Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
