Senior customer-facing technical leader for Infotrust’s key clients, bridging the divide between account and service management. The main driver is to deliver and maintain steady-state IT portfolio, drive delivery-led growth, focus on mapping/mitigating risks and handling issues/escalations, preparing monthly reports, while driving continuous improvement (via technical road-mapping, POC/POV/MVP). The TDM also supports small scale renewals & orders with coordinated support via Business Operations and Pre-Sales.
The Solutions Specialist is accountable for the successful design and delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects to Infotrust's new and existing customers, providing technical pre-sales support that builds client confidence, and ensuring that all project deliverables are documented and handed over in a manner that enables sustainable ongoing support. The role spans the full project lifecycle - from initial solution design and scoping through to implementation, commissioning, and knowledge transfer.
The DevOps Engineer is accountable for identifying repetitive, manual, and time-intensive tasks across L1, L2, and L3 service delivery workflows and eliminating them through automation. The role owns the discovery, design, build, deployment, and ongoing support of scripts, integrations, AI-assisted automations and CI/CD pipelines that reduce engineer toil and improve the consistency and speed of managed services delivery.
