Senior customer‑facing technical leader for Spirit’s key clients, bridging the divide between account and service management. The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) would be expected to hold expertise in at least two major Spirit offerings that reflect the needs of our clients in each geography. The TDM will work as the de‑facto IT Operations Manager and/or advisor for multiple clients. The main driver is to deliver and maintain steady‑state IT portfolio, drive delivery‑led growth, focus on mapping/mitigating risks and handling issues/escalations, preparing monthly reports, while driving continuous improvement (via technical road‑mapping, POC/POV/MVP). You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects, managing clients and other stakeholders, and mitigating risks to achieve desired outcomes.
As a Senior Project Manager within the PMO division, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the successful execution of a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity and technology projects that align with the organisation's strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the PMO Manager, you will lead efforts in project planning, coordination, and delivery, collaborating effectively with technical teams, business units, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes, particularly Order to General Ledger, and will contribute to the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting. A minimum of 5 years' experience working with Australian businesses. Qualified accountant, minimum CPA qualification or higher.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of skilled cyber security analysts who will deliver specialist Cyber Security capability to contracted customers. This consists of a number of security logging, security monitoring and security operations services, designed to detect external and internal cyber-attacks on the customers IT and network infrastructure.
