ABOUT THE ROLE 

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Head of GRC holds a pivotal position, leading the growth of the Consulting practice through effective management of the established team and providing ongoing thought leadership and growing revenue streams. A major function of the role is to meet specific financial targets for the GRC division. This will be achieved through technical pre-sales support, effective account management and providing outstanding engagement and relationship management to our customers.  You will have fiscal business targets to be achieved whilst working with the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure projects are delivered as per the customer's agreed SOW on time, on budget and with exceptional quality.

The Head of GRC will manage a growing team of consultants and be responsible for the recruitment and ongoing skills capability and performance of the team. Additionally, you will be responsible for evangelising security best practice into the market and supporting customers to become more secure and productive, while building lasting relationships as well as broadening revenue streams with new products and services to market.
